Sunrise Sessions | Small Group Personal Training & Yoga
Sunrise Sessions are planning to be BACK for Summer 2021! Running from May to August, outdoors on Minehead beach, this is the first block of 4 sessions, available to register your interest, now.
This will be the fifth year of Sunrise Sessions! Even 2020 didn’t (quite!) beat us. This year you can embrace small group personal training, combined with flowing outdoor yoga, to start your day.
Maybe you’ve always wanted a Personal Trainer? Or your own Yoga Teacher? Well, now you can have both! Think sweat rolling, waves lapping, and sandy toes. Okay, it’s not the Mediterranean, but hey, who cares! It’s a beach, it’s all girls together, it’s space, it’s fresh air, it’s early morning fitness, it’s WONDERFUL!
You will work super-hard, and you will get all of my professional attention.
