I’ve been working so hard for almost 4 years on planning and delivering literally hundreds of face-to-face fitness classes, yoga classes, women’s bootcamps, women’s personal training and women’s weekend retreats…as well as my day job of managing The Beach Fitness Suite, here in the glorious West Country…and now I’m finally ready to open my services up to the rest of the UK (and beyond!)
It’s been a while, and I only have an incredibly limited number of places, but I am once again opening up spaces for One to One Coaching, tailored to you, as a busy, modern woman.

If you are a beginner to a yoga or fitness class with me, you may like to really throw yourself into this gorgeous new lifestyle, by starting off on the right foot (literally!)
C O N S U L T A T I O N: During a consultation I can go through your health and fitness history in depth with you, discuss any medical illness or injury that needs to be taken into consideration, chat about your goals, nutrition, stress levels, hormones, sleep patterns, relationships…and create an action plan with you to move forward, safely and effectively. No lycra needed for this one! Just some soothing self-love, chatting and planning time, dedicated to you. Sessions are usually 75 minutes and can include follow-up contact. Available via Skype, phone, or in-person.
P E R S O N A L T R A I N I N G: Or if you want to use your time with me to get sweaty, maybe as a beginner to yoga, or fitness, or freshly returning after a long break, one-to-one personal training is the ideal opportunity to dedicate yourself some ‘you time’, and really ensure you stay accountable for your own progress. I will use my skills as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Exercise Referral Consultant, including vast experience working with clients with a range of long-term health conditions, to take you through an appropriate exercise or yoga session. Get ready to move! Best results following a consultation. Sessions are usually 45 – 75 minutes. Available via Skype, phone, or in-person.
