I was invited to massage Luisa’s guests at her September Retreat to take part in day two. I arrived at 8:30am for smoothies and a yoga fitness class. Perfect stretches and core work. Then after a lovely homecooked breakfast on to lakeside circuits. Lots of laughs with the new ladies I had met, but still challenging. Then back for more yoga fitness deep stretches. Then on to a healthy lunch before home. A really worthwhile experience. Thoroughly recommended.
