,I’m here to help you stop the endless cycle of procrastinating about starting your own yoga practice. If you are ready to dedicate yourself to a life full of energy, waking up feeling 100% and ready for whatever your family, work or life in general is going to throw at you, then you’re in the right place!

If you are too busy to even begin to start learning and researching the science behind how beautifully yoga and meditation can work for you, how the improvements to your mental health will make everything in your day feel easier, and how empowering it is to feel strong and flexible (yes, at the same time!) then you’re in the right place. If you want to lead a balanced life without restriction, but with some discipline, just a little self-restraint and a gorgeous attitude, here I am, to help you be more accountable, to motivate and support you, and to help show you the way.

One to one yoga places are incredibly limited with Luisa, as she works only with a select few women at a time to ensure maximum support can be provided.  In addition to her Meditation certification, and Level 3 Yoga qualifications with industry-leaders, Active IQ, after studying with Lauren Keerie Yoga in Braunton, Devon, Luisa is also qualified to Level 3/4 as a GP Exercise Referral Consultant, and to Level 3 in Antenatal & Postnatal Exercise.  This means she is able to work clinically with pregnant and postnatal women, as well as individuals with many common medical conditions such as high blood pressure, stress, arthritis.  She has also successfully enabled women with fibromyalgia to enjoy some relief from chronic pain, both whilst on the mat and off.  So you can relax and know that you are in safe hands.

All yoga sessions are exclusively one-to-one with Luisa, and held either inside of, or in the garden of, her private studio ‘The Yoga Cabin’, in Minehead, West Somerset.  Yoga almost always finishes with a soothing relaxation.  Meditation coaching can be included, if you wish, but the sessions will be tailored to you and your needs…you’re in charge.

*Bookings now being taken from July 2020, government COVID-19 recommendations allowing.  You will need to bring your own yoga mat for hygiene and safety.  Additional props can be borrowed if essential.*

 

One-to-One Yoga + Meditation Packages:

(each session is 60 – 75 minutes)

One Session: £65 

Three Sessions: £165

Six Sessions: £315 (includes a gift of lavender eye pillow, yoga blocks, and yoga strap for you to use and keep)
