Moon + Me | Women’s Circle (Live on Zoom)

Perhaps we can’t get together as we usually would.  But we can still gather, as women, and create a nourishing space to support you this Winter.

As women, we need this connection.  This year more than ever.

Your self-care time will include:


  • gentle restorative, seated and lying yoga stretches (even if you’ve never ‘yoga-d’ before, you’ll be so welcome! No-one is watching!)
  • invigorating, energising breathwork to keep lungs, head and heart happy
  • journalling exercises aligned with the New Moon of the month, to set your goals for the month ahead
  • before lying back and being guided by my voice into a deep, sweet relaxation
Okay, I’ll hold my hands up, it’s taken me 6 months to get my head around delivering something beautiful for you in an online environment! But finally here it is.
Each of these online gatherings will focus on you taking some much-needed time-out, finding space, setting intentions, dreaming your goals, manifesting, refreshing and having a regular monthly women’s get together.

Only just started but I love how she makes me believe I can do it!


Excitingly, because I believe that gathering women together is my ‘true life’s work’, I’m offering this opportunity to join me, from your home, on a ‘pay what you can’ basis, starting at just £5.

The sessions will draw on my experience of physical and mental holistic wellness, as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Writer, and also as someone who is always actively healing myself, searching for the best out of life; through movement, spiritual development, learning, balance, nature, knowledge; and that age-old recipe for good vibes of getting a group of women together and watching the energy rise…

Having had a stressful time recently, being able to link some yoga and meditation together was exactly what I needed. It’s been a great kickstart to the beginning of some much needed self care ?
